Head of R&D
Hi, we are KODA. We would like to invite you to join our team, where we combine communication and technology. The chatbots and voicebots we create save our clients’ time and simplify their business processes.
It is used by, among others, TVN, Biedronka, Santander Consumer Bank, Żabka, Żywiec Group, and other companies and start-ups from Europe, the US and Australia.
The person we are looking for will carry out both R&D projects and production implementations. Speak at conferences, as well as be constantly open to new information. We value a sense of responsibility for our own solutions and a lack of fear of the next challenges – we are not afraid of the bravest ones!
We look forward to your application if:
- you have proven experience working on LLM models e.g. Open.AI GPT, Llama, Claude (finetuning, RAG, configuration) and are interested in them
- you have experience in LLMops (e.g. you know the LangChain framework, or cloud solutions like Cloud Vertex AI)
- you have excellent knowledge of SQL and Python or Node.js
- you communicate proficiently in English
- you have a strong sense of responsibility
An added advantage for us will be:
- experience in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers)
- knowledge of vector databases and their applications
- good knowledge of natural language processing techniques: sentiment analysis, text classification and language generation
- PhD title
On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in:
- creating E2E solutions in a cloud environment (we prefer Google Cloud Platform) and monitoring them
- planning and conducting tests to verify the effectiveness of various models, including open-source (over the 7 years of our existence, we have accumulated millions of messages exchanged with our chatbots and voicebots)
- implementing mechanisms to reduce the hallucination of LLM models
- data processing (pre-processing), such as anonymization
- supporting sales in technical meetings
- cooperating with the Customer Delivery department (e.g., effectiveness reports) and the product department (e.g., opportunities to retrain models from the GUI of the KODA platform)
