Project Manager
Hi, we’re Ambiscale.
We’re looking for someone who can combine business sense with the ability to lead projects from A to Z.
We’re not looking for a coordinator. We’re looking for someone who understands that leading projects means taking responsibility for the why behind every decision – for the scope, the quality, and the moment when something is truly worth delivering.
This is a role for someone who:
- likes when things run smoothly and decisions make sense,
- knows when to say stop if a project starts losing direction,
- understands that every hour has a cost, and every decision impacts the margin, the team, and the client.
If you can listen to clients, understand their business context, and translate it into practical actions – there’s a good chance we’re looking for you.
Who are we:
We help companies solve business challenges through tailored web solutions: from WordPress and eCommerce, to Cyber Security, DevOps, and FinOps.
We work with brands such as Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and the Berkeley University of California, as well as non-profit organizations like Fundacja Adapter and Pokonaj Chłoniaka.
In our projects, we value partnership, quality, and transparency.
What will you do on a daily basis:
- Manage several IT projects independently (from discovery to delivery),
- Monitor scope, priorities, and budget, and act when things go off track,
- Analyze the profitability of project actions, knowing what makes business sense and what’s just a “nice-to-have”,
- Keep an eye on quality and pace (when something takes longer, you ask why),
- Coordinate the project team and help remove blockers,
- Maintain active communication with clients, listen to their needs, and turn them into actionable steps,
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Developers to achieve project goals,
- Run status meetings, report progress, and ensure project profitability and predictability.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 4 years of experience managing IT projects for external clients,
- Can see things from business perspective (e.g. understand how project decisions affect profitability and client satisfaction),
- Has basic sales skills and can spot when a new client need appears,
- Makes informed decisions, explains them and takes ownership of them,
- Is proactive, communicates clearly and transparently, and can handle tough conversations in a partnership-based way,
- Speaks Polish and English fluently,
- Lives in or near Wrocław and can work from the office 4 days a week.
What we offer:
- Monthly salary between 7 000 – 11 000 PLN net (B2B),
- Projects with well-known international brands,
- Real influence on project processes and decisions (e.g. you choose the methodology),
- A supportive, effective team that works well together,
- Onboarding that helps you quickly get into the rhythm and feel part of the team from day one,
- Collaboration with experts in Cybersecurity, SEO, Data Engineering, AI and the chance to expand your skills,
- A modern, pet-friendly office in the center of Wrocław with great coffee and space to focus,
- One remote day per week,
- Company equipment (Apple or Windows).
How the process looks:
- Chat with HR
- Meeting with the CEO
- Decision
