About the internship:
We’re inviting you to join our Customer Success team – the people who stay close to the client, understand their needs, and guide the partnership with both logic and heart.
This is where you’ll learn how to build meaningful relationships. How to talk about technology in a human way. And how to support clients so that they want to come back for more.
What you’ll learn:
- how to build trust-based relationships and become a true partner for the client
- how to connect tech with empathy by speaking about AI in a way people actually understand
- how to gather needs, analyze data, and turn insights into real action
- how to turn collaboration into outcomes – reports, summaries, and recommendations that actually help
- how our AI platform works and where you can add your own value (even if you’ve never used tools like this before)
Who we’re looking for:
We don’t care about the perfect CV or a long list of certificates.
We care about curiosity, energy, and the willingness to learn.
We’re looking for someone who:
- wants to explore the world of new technologies and see if this could be their thing
- communicates clearly and openly (in Polish and English)
- enjoys working with people and builds relationships with ease
- knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and draw conclusions
- is detail-oriented and reliable – meets deadlines, spots issues, and asks when unsure
- takes ownership of their work and isn’t afraid to admit when something goes wrong
- is looking for a place to really learn and hopefully stay for longer
What you’ll gain:

Additional information:
- the internship is on-site in Wrocław, in our modern, pet-friendly office in the city center (yes, unlimited coffee included ☕)
- starts in September and covers120 hours
- we’ll adjust the schedule to your availability
- if you’re doing this as part of your university program, we’ll help with the paperwork
- it’s an unpaid internship, but filled with real experience, learning opportunities, and a chance to join the team afterwards
