We’re Hexe – a tech hub building digital products and services.

In our Marketing team, we run projects for several of our brands in parallel, operating like an in-house mini agency.


Each of our brands has its own identity and needs, but they all have one thing in common – they need cohesive, visually engaging communication that makes complex ideas clear and accessible.

We’re looking for someone who can turn complex processes into simple, understandable visuals. Designs that not only catch the eye but are also thoughtful and detail-oriented.

We’re after someone who can combine creativity with execution, gets how tech works, and can manage graphic projects independently.

What will you be doing:

  • Create consistent, aesthetic, and well-thought-out graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials for our brands (Ambiscale, Boostsite, Insightland, KODA).
  • Design animations and short-form videos that explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
  • Lay out reports and presentations that are clean, clear, and easy to digest – even when the content is complex.
  • Design infographics and visual materials that simplify complicated concepts.
  • Collaborate within the Marketing team on visual assets that support our brand strategy and make an impact.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with B2B projects in tech or e-commerce, and can create visual assets for every stage of the sales funnel.
  • Uses Figma as their main design tool and has a strong digital design portfolio to prove it.
  • Can edit and produce short-form video content – reels, shorts, case studies, product and brand videos, animated banners (nice to have).
  • Can turn business goals and audience needs into effective, sales-focused creations.
  • Pays attention to details that elevate the final result.
  • Can adapt key visuals across formats and tailor them to different funnel stages.
  • Creates graphics, animations, and infographics that are clear, attractive, and easy to understand.
  • Works independently, brings their own ideas, and knows how to deliver work that gets noticed.

Bonus points for experience in UX or designing larger materials (like reports).

  • Tools we use: Google Workspace, Asana, Figma, Miro
  • Work model: hybrid (center of Wrocław)  
  • We only consider applications with a portfolio attached
