About the role:

Your job will be to understand the client’s business and needs (handed over from Sales – no chasing deals!) and turn them into real, working AI solutions.
You’ll use our custom low-code platform to design conversation flows, integrate systems, test, and deliver final solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
- analyzing business needs and turning them into practical solutions,
- designing conversations for chat and voice bots,
- building scenarios in our low-code platform integrated with LLMs,
- configuring integrations with external systems (REST APIs, Make.com, LiquidJS),
- combining data from different sources (JSON, Excel, SQL/BigQuery),
- ensuring quality, testing, and validating data logic,
- modifying data output and formatting (e.g. SSML, LiquidJS),
- documenting solutions and managing epics in JIRA.
We’re looking for someone who:
- is genuinely interested in AI, knows what LLMs can do and prompts effectively,
- has worked with clients, listens actively, and asks sharp, problem-solving questions,
- moves smoothly in Make (or similar low-code tools) and REST APIs,
- feels at ease working with data (JSON, Excel, SQL/BigQuery),
- reads documentation and simplifies complex processes,
- acts proactively, thinks creatively, and enjoys testing new ideas,
- takes ownership of their work and commits to delivering great results,
- bonus points for experience with Python or SSML.

- Salary between 7 000 – 9 500 PLN gross (employment contract) or 8 000 – 12 000 PLN net (B2B).
