💡 What you’ll learn:
- how to run a recruitment process from start to finish and measure what works
- how to build clear and effective employer communication using tools like ChatGPT
- how to work with systems for candidate tracking, project management, and career page updates
- how to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
🔍 We’re looking for someone who:
- communicates clearly and confidently in both Polish and English
- is proactive and self-reliant
- is detail-oriented and responsible
- is curious and not afraid of new technologies
- is open to feedback and learns best by doing
📍 What you’ll be doing:
- writing job posts, emails, and social media content
- reviewing applications and spotting interesting matches
- doing research and testing new approaches
- working with briefs and using AI tools to shape messaging
- building a real portfolio of projects and content
🚀 What you’ll gain:

📂 Internship details:
- internship is unpaid, held on-site (center of Wrocław)
- minimum of 120 hours, with a flexible schedule set together
- if you need university paperwork – no problem, we’ll handle it
- start date: flexible, but ideally still in May
