Marketing Internship (Design)

Koda Banner

🎨 Do you enjoy creating things that not only look good, but actually work?
We’ll show you how to apply that in the world of IT and marketing.

If you can create visuals that catch the eye, explain complex ideas and stick in people’s minds – we’ll help you put that into real projects.

This isn’t the kind of internship where you sit quietly in the corner adjusting margins.
With us, you’ll create materials that actually go out into the world and you’ll see how they perform right away.

It’s a great opportunity to polish your skills, learn new tools and see how visual communication is built in companies that have something to say.
We’ll give you space, support, and specific projects for your portfolio.

If you know Figma, are curious about the world, and not afraid of new challenges – that’s all we’re looking for. We’ll teach you the rest. 🙂

You’ll learn how to:

  • create consistent visual materials and graphics for multiple brands,
  • design infographics and visuals that explain complex topics clearly,
  • assemble clean and aesthetic reports and presentations,
  • create animations, short-form content, and quick social videos,
  • combine visual aesthetics with real business goals in practice.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • knows the basics of design in Figma,
  • is proactive and self-directed,
  • has a sense of aesthetics and an open mind for experimenting,
  • is detail-oriented and reliable,
  • is curious about technology, digital space, and the art of visual storytelling.

You’ll be working on:

  • designing graphics for social media, websites and presentations,
  • building reports and creating infographics based on marketing data and content,
  • developing visual materials for various brands using existing Key Visuals,
  • learning how to design animations and video formats,
  • gathering real materials for your own portfolio.

What you’ll gain:

  • written references from your internship mentor to support your next career steps,
  • projects you can proudly show in your portfolio or attach to your CV,
  • hands-on experience creating a variety of graphic materials,
  • access to tools, guidance on how to use them, and room for testing,
  • mentoring and clear feedback

Additional info:

  • The internship is on-site, in our office right in the heart of WrocĹ‚aw.
  • The internship is unpaid.
  • The minimum duration is 120 hours, but if you need more for university credit – we’ll adapt to your schedule (we’re flexible with days and hours).
  • You can start right away.

Apply, we’re eager to meet you!
