For over 7 years, we’ve been building our own AI platform that supports every communication channel: voice assistants, voicebots, email automation, social messengers, and business systems.

And now we’re looking for someone to bring their unique piece to the puzzle.

  • Someone who can guide the decision-making process, not just pitch a solution
  • Someone who understands that sales isn’t a sprint – it’s a series of intentional steps, and even the best product won’t sell itself unless it’s communicated well
  • Someone who knows how to recognize when the client is ready and help them take that next step

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying potential clients (analysis, prospecting, social selling, events)
  • Initiating conversations with decision-makers (C-level, innovation, digital, customer service)
  • Building relationships – long-term and intentional (think marathon, not sprint)
  • Translating tech into business through crafting offers and clear client-facing language
  • Working with our Tech, Customer, and Marketing teams to accurately present value
  • Representing KODA at meetings, conferences, and industry events

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in digital, tech, software, or SaaS)
  • Ability to start conversations, actively listen, and lead the sales process even if the client goes silent (and yes, follow up again if needed)
  • Familiarity with sales tools and ability to build strategy, plan, and execute consistently
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in Polish and English
  • Belief that pressure doesn’t sell, but clarity and consistency do
  • A relationship-driven approach combined with strong self-discipline and follow-through
  • Genuine interest in AI and a real drive to dive deep and learn

What we offer:

  • Base salary between 8,000 – 10,000 PLN net/ month (B2B) + performance-based commission
