You’ll learn how to:

  • run a recruitment process from start to finish and measure what works
  • build clear and effective employer communication using tools like ChatGPT
  • work with systems for candidate tracking, project management, and career page updates
  • support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

We’re looking for someone who:

  • communicates clearly and confidently in both Polish and English
  • is proactive and self-reliant
  • is detail-oriented and responsible
  • is curious and not afraid of new technologies
  • is open to feedback and learns best by doing

What you’ll be doing:

  • writing job posts, emails, and social media content
  • reviewing applications and spotting interesting matches
  • doing research and testing new approaches
  • working with briefs and using AI tools to shape messaging
  • building a real portfolio of projects and content

What you’ll gain:

 Additional info:

  • The internship is held onsite at our office in the heart of WrocĹ‚aw, with a view of the Market Square,
  • The internship is unpaid,
  • Minimum length: 120 hours, but we’re flexible if you need more (schedule tailored individually),
  • We will select candidates to participate in a short task and a meeting,
  • Start date: June/ July.
