Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist (part-time)
Hi, we are Hexe Capital – a technology hub building digital products and services. The companies in our portfolio automate communications, build websites and online stores, help clients present themselves effectively online and analyze data.
We are looking for a person who will independently manage personnel and payroll documentation and calculations for a group of about 40 people from a cross-section of our five companies. We are looking for a conscientious, trustworthy person who meets certain deadlines and arrangements.
At the start, we estimate the amount of work to be part-time. If you like it with us – as our team grows, we will be happy to grow with you and change our cooperation to full time.
What you will be doing:
- Providing comprehensive HR services for Group Companies (creating and renewing contracts, medical examinations, health and safety training, RODO documentation)
- Calculating salaries and conducting all HR and payroll related settlements
- Settlements with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the Tax Office (US)
- Ensuring operations in accordance with applicable labor laws and up-to-date knowledge of HR and payroll regulations
- Ongoing cooperation and constant communication with the Administration, Accounting and HR departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a position with personnel and payroll management
- Proficiency with R2PĹ‚atnik software
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Conscientiousness, commitment and accuracy in performing duties
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Punctuality in carrying out assigned tasks
- Willingness to work hybrid in our office in the center of Wroclaw (min. 16 hours per week)

- Salary in the range of PLN 4,000 – 4,500 gross (employment or mandate contract) or PLN 4,000 – 5,000 net on invoice (B2B) based on your skills and experience
