We are looking for a person who not only recognizes clients’ problems, but also understands their sources with a holistic view of the business. Your goal will be to identify suboptimal activities and create effective solutions for our clients.

Your job role will involve:

• Data processing, analysis and formulation of valuable recommendations based on the information gathered
• Segmentation of users and in-depth analysis of their interactions, with a focus on the entire customer path (not just a single session)
• Measuring the effectiveness of activities in the context of the full customer journey, using tools (e.g. BigQuery) to create advanced analytical models
• Building management reports, presenting key data and insights to support customers in the decision-making process
• Statistical analysis of data using BI tools, creating scripts to automate work with data
• Analyzing and optimizing conversion processes for continuous improvement of efficiency of operations

Our requirements:

• You have min. 5 years of experience working with e-commerce sites, understand statistics and web trends
• You are comfortable with the following tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, MS Excel
• You are familiar with SQL
• You are comfortable communicating in English and Polish (both verbally and in writing)
• You are able to adapt the right tools to meet specific needs
• You enjoy pondering and looking for solutions, challenging yourself
• You aptly analyze data and propose changes that bring significant value

An additional advantage for us will be:

• Experience working with PowerBI
