Your role:
- Proactively identify potential customers – prospecting, market analysis, segmentation,
- Building brand awareness among potential customers and initiating sales conversations (social media, mailing, networking),
- Acquiring and building relationships with new customers – you will be the person who opens doors and demonstrates the value of our solutions,
- Representing KODA at conferences, fairs and other industry events,
- Regular monitoring of sales performance to improve efficiency and adjust lead acquisition strategies to meet current trends and market needs,
- Constantly collaborate with Marketing on Account Based Marketing approach, with Customer Service and Product teams to create consistent and valuable propositions for customers that perfectly match their needs.
We are looking for you if:
- You already have several years of experience in conducting proactive sales activities – you know the tools, can build strategy, effectively plan and successively implement actions,
- You communicate fluently in Polish and English,
- You are passionate about making new contacts and see sales as an opportunity to build relationships,
- You act proactively, think creatively and get involved in what you do,
- You are able to listen proactively and ask accurate questions directing towards finding a solution,
- You are comfortable in an IT environment and are ready to learn everything you need to become an expert in the AI industry.
